          Check-out must be by 10am.<\/p>

          We would like to ask you to leave the holiday property in a tidy condition. The following areas are not part of the final cleaning and must be taken care of by the tenant before departure:<\/p>

          1. Empty and wipe out the refrigerator<\/li>
          2. Empty the coffee machine container (water tank and coffee grounds)<\/li>
          3. Put the dishes back in their place clean and dry, empty the dishwasher<\/li>
          4. Dispose of your remaining food (including from the freezer)<\/li>
          5. Clean the oven, coffee machine, toaster and grill (if used)<\/li>
          6. Store cushions in the house and place the parasol in the corner of the terrace under the balcony.<\/li>
          7. Switch off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)<\/li>
          8. Empty trash can (kitchen\/bathroom)<\/li>
          9. Turn back all radiator thermostats<\/li>
          10. Remove the bed linen and place it in the bath with the towels<\/li>
          11. Please check that all doors and windows are closed.
